Dear Guest,
Your hair is your best fashion accessory—amazing color means you look amazing. My mission is to provide my guests with top-notch service where excellence is the standard. There are several areas that support this primary goal, which I am excited to share with you. These include offering a relaxing, luxurious service that raises expectations, constant professional growth through continuing education, and also by using and promoting products that contain specific ingredients and exclusive technologies that are essential to creating beautiful healthy hair.
This last year I have trained all over the country. For these events I have visited Tampa on several occasions, along with New York City, Los Angeles, Las Vegas, and Chicago. But more important than where I have been is where I can take you. In May 2009, I was selected to be a part of the Redken Artist Induction after a rigorous interview process stretching six months. The pre-screening included audition packets, the creation of demonstrational videos, multiple interviews and technical & business skill assessments by the Redken Directors of Training. Over 350 stylists were interested in being invited to Artist Induction. Only 47 select individuals were promoted to Redken Artist, joining a team of only 400+ Redken Artists. Redken Artists are recognized for their individual talent, enthusiasm, and growth potential along with their success as a stylist behind the chair in their own salon business.
Over the summer, I experienced twelve days of intensive hands on training that ranged from Facilitation Skills, Redken Principles, Redken Haircare, Styling & Haircolor Brands, Business Skills, Finishing and Design. These trainings were facilitated by key Redken Artists and the Redken Director’s of Training. This training has prepared me to begin facilitating my own programs and to have the privilege to work at hair shows located all over the country. This coming weekend I am working my first hair show, “The Art of Beauty” in Grand Rapids, Michigan.
All of this training that I have had over the last several years has excited me and made me seek perfection in my craft. The condition of the hair greatly influences the end result of any service.
