Redken Artist Induction
I am pleased to announce that I have been accepted to be a part of
Redken’s 2009 Artist Induction in Tampa, Florida. This spring I spent a
lot of time auditioning for Redken and will begin training this summer
to become an educator for them. The Redken Artist network is a group of
individuals with specialized talents that collectively support a common
goal- to gain a commitment from salons for their growth through Redken
Education. Members of the Redken Artist Network support that goal by
offering advanced training to Salon Professionals at all levels.
This summer for training I will be spending quite a bit of time away.
Some guests have begun scheduling their appointments for the entire
summer, and all guests are welcome to do so. I will be training on the
following dates:
5/30 –
6/2
6/6 - 6/10
7/3-7/6
7/11 – 7/15
8/22 – 8/26
Always remember to ask the receptionist to placed on a
cancellation list, or leave a message for me if scheduling conflicts
occur.
Angelo David Salon in NYC
A few weeks ago I had the
opportunity to work with David Stanko, NYC’s best colorist, educator
and color developer at Angelo David salon located on 43rd Street,
across the street from Grand Central Station in Manhattan. While
working in the salon I helped David with his guests by assisting him in
color applications, shampooing and styling. There was awesome energy in
the salon that day. It was a lot of fun and I learned a lot. You can

RUNWAY presents Pure Euphoria
Fashion Show
Last month I worked backstage as the main stylist at RUNWAY’S Pure
Euphoria Fashion show that was hosted by Krannert Art Museum to benefit
the Don Moyer Boy’s and Girls Club. Chicago based designers featured
were Tatyana Merenyuk, Lara Miller, Annie Ku, Julie Adams, Designers of
Tel Aviv Couture, and Millinery by Tonya Gross. Check out the photo’s
