The 2009 Redken Symposium in Las Vegas, Nevada

The 2009 Redken Symposium was amazing!!  The industry's best hairshow started January 18 and went through the 20th.  10,000 hairstylists from 45 countries came to Las Vegas to participate.  Sunday night started with the opening ceremony showing models, dancers, and even the quick change artists that appeared on Oprah.  On Monday and Tuesday, some of the sessions attended included celebrity stylists, fashion week stylists, Redken Education Artistic Director Sam Villa, and other well known Redken Artists, such as:  Dhaniel Doud, David Stanko, Tisha Hall, Jayson Morgan, Ellen Lawlor, Stephane Legros, Teresa Mockler, Shannon King, Hugo Urias, Jill Leitz, Danny Felstead, Lori Zabel, Leah Freeman, and Deb Rosenberg focusing on advanced color and design techniques while showcasing the latest trends.

Redken's "The Hair Files"

Redken will launch throughout 2009 "The Hair Files," a series of how-to hair videos that show consumers how to recreate stylist salon hairstyles at home with the help of Redken experts and products.

The video series, hosted by SuChin Pak, MTV VJ, and including Redken experts David Stanko, Rodney Cutler and Jenny Balding, will provide consultation and step-by-step techniques to complete a desired look from start to finish.    Check it out on Redken.com this spring!
